About ANNA MINTO
Anna Minto is an executive advisor to CEOs and senior leaders navigating complexity, growth, and high-stakes decisions.
She works at the intersection of strategy, organizational dynamics, and disciplined executive coaching — partnering with leaders across North America and internationally to help them think clearly, act decisively, and build organizations that perform.
Experience and Foundation
Anna spent 17 years at Boston Consulting Group, ultimately serving as a Managing Director & Partner in Dallas. She later led the Global Consumer Markets Consulting Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and has served on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards, bringing firsthand insight into CEO–board relationships and governance.
She holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
